R0.00Air Conveyors Heavy Duty Pneumatic Conveying System available in standard and threaded versions for heavy duty applications. Designed for conveying materials over a longer distance both vertically and horizontally. Made of hardened anodized aluminum to prevent premature wear that could occur either an ordinary anodized aluminum or Stainless Steel .
Special materials can be utilized for unique applications. If greater conveying force is required the conveying “generator” can be machined for higher capacities.
Common applications include hopper loading (resin in the plastic industry, bottle caps in bottling), material conveying of all sorts, waste and trim removal, transferring parts from one location to another, chip removal, tensioning fiber, and in filling operations.

Our Amplifier Air knives or Cooling Air knives use the “coanda effect” which entrains a large amount of surrounding air using only a small amount of compressed air going into the air amplifiers. The effect is an amplification of up to 17 times the airflow or more (depending on the size of the air amplifiers) with reduced noise levels.
The Amplifier Air knives or Cooling Air knives model AS02 use only 30 Nm³/h of air but generates a volume of 474 Nm³/h at the exit.
The air amplifiers installed on the Amplifier Air knives or Cooling Air knife Mod. AS02 are the air amplifiers AM20

The nozzles can be opened easy for cleaning and maintenance contrary to competition’s nozzles that most of the time get clogged .The shims inside the nozzles are made in stainless steel and provide a high resistance to mechanical wear.
The standard nozzle used for these air knives it is with 0.28” gap.
