We use a range of couriers depending on the product and the final destination. Typically if you order and complete payment in the morning (business day) you should have it by the next afternoon. Outlying areas can take longer. Holidays and weekends do cause delays. Delivery options and costs will appear during your check out process, and you will also have an option of collecting from us. Once your order has been dispatched we send you a tracking number which we suggest you use to see the status of your delivery.
Currently we cannot process deliveries online outside South Africa. If you are based outside of South Africa please e mail us to arrange a quotation to your destination.
We accept credit/debit card payments as well as an EFT option or direct deposit. Please take note that the order will only be released once the payment has been cleared and is reflecting in our account.
In the event of any non electronic product being faulty we will gladly exchange or refund it if it returned to us within 7 days of purchase, complete, original condition and in original packaging. Unfortunately with electronics there are no returns, but feel free to contact us to discuss what went wrong and find a solution. Refer to our Terms and Conditions page for further information.
